Exciting Competitions Ahead…
Cheam Common Junior School
have again been asked to compete in the Sutton Key Steps Gymnastic
Competition being held at Wandle Valley School on Thursday 7th
April 2011. This competition is open to year 3 & 4 children. Last
year we entered two teams and scooped 1st & 2nd
place (pressure is on this year then!) CCJS Teams will be announced
shortly, watch this space…
The Girls at Surbiton High School will also be entering the
Kingston Borough Gymnastics Competition at Coombe Girls School on
Wednesday 23rd March 2011. Check back soon for news,
results & photos.

The
last couple of weeks we have been working on our badges. Everyone
has been practicing really hard in order to gain their next badge!

Heathrow Gymnasts return from Ukraine…
During the half term myself, two other coaches and a team of
Gymnasts travelled out to Vinnitsa, Ukraine for an International
competition. All of the gymnasts did really well and we came home
with a hoard of medals to add to the growing collection.
